End Of Life Offerings

This plan includes roughly 15 hrs of my time. Needs will vary & add-ons may be required to meet your specific goals for care. 

• Free 30 Minute Consult via zoom, phone or in-person
• 1 In-Home Care Plan & Assessment Visit
• Unlimited Emotional, Spiritual & Pragmatic Support
• End-of-Life Advocacy, Resources & Planning (including support with DNR, POLST & Advanced Directives)
• Unlimited Support via Phone, Text & Email
• 4 Client Care visits in-home or via zoom
• Support for Caregivers & Loved Ones
• 1 Mourning support 

This plan includes all items listed in Essential Package and roughly 20 hrs of my time. Clients' needs will vary & add-ons may be needed to meet your specific goals for care. 

• Essentials Package
• 2 Biofield Therapy Usui Reiki Sessions
• 2 Guided Meditation Sessions
• Use of Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Herbs and crystals where appropriate.

This package is for ongoing support and additional visits, up to 8 hours.

• 4 Client Care visits in-home or via zoom if not local
• Unlimited Emotional, Spiritual & Pragmatic Support
• Unlimited Support via Phone, Text & Email
• Support for Caregivers & Loved Ones

• Holistic Add-On: $500

- 2 Biofield Therapy Reiki Sessions

- 2 Guided Meditation sessions

- Use of Aromatherapy, Sound Healing & Herbs where appropriate

Client will receive a one hour Reiki Session from the comfort of their own home. Massage table can be provided if preferred, otherwise the session can be completed from most anywhere the client is most comfortable. For more information on Reiki itself, please visit the Biofield Reiki section. 

Respite care or Vigil time may be needed when you may have a lapse from one caregiver to another or perhaps you are the caregiver yourself and you need a break for to step away for some self care. I will step in to provide a trained watchful eye on your loved one and keep them company. No personal hygiene or medical treatment is provided during this time and it is advised to have someone on call for this as needed. 

I am pleased to have teamed up with Thanacare to offer you HIPAA compliant, secure digital Advance Care Planning that is in a modern fashion so that all parties are involved and aligned around roles & responsibilities.

• Completion of your profile in Thanacare system will occur in 2 sittings, approximately 2 hours total.
• We recommend reviewing your ACP annually to make any changes needed. This service is an additional $25 -$50 depending on time.

As both a trained and certified End-Of-Life Practitioner as well as a Funeral Celebrant, I am able to help you coordinate and perform a Home Funeral for you. This includes:

• Working together to create a beautiful send off to honor your loved one in the comfort of your own home. 
• Providing task lists as guidance for loved ones to accomplish what is needed
• Performing the Service/Ceremony
• Instructions to loved ones & support with Body Care

Price will vary, depending on needs.

As both a trained and certified End-Of-Life Practitioner as well as a Funeral Celebrant, I am able to help you coordinate and perform a Funeral and Celebration of your loved one for you at a location of your choosing. This includes:

• Working together to create a beautiful send off to honor your loved one in the comfort of your own home.
• Providing task lists as guidance for loved ones to accomplish what is needed
• Performing the Service/Ceremony

Price will vary, depending on needs.

With 30 years of experience in both planning and conducting ceremonies & rituals, I will work with you to create a sacred and beautiful experience for you and your loved ones before, during &/or after the process of Death & Dying. It is my goal to honor and incorporate all that is and was sacred to your loved one by making certain their cultural, spiritual and religious beliefs are incorporated and honored during this time. Together we will make it sacred & meaningful.
