❤️ Lisa & Nicole provide a nurturing space for you to navigate your grief journey and empower you to uncover the strength within. In our monthly workshop, you'll delve into various methods to express your grief authentically and discover strategies for growth. Instead of suppressing or avoiding your grief, we offer tools to embrace it and transform it into resilience. Grief is a lifelong and deeply rooted experience , and we're here to support you every step of the way.
❤️ Lisa Stuhley is a Certified Grief Educator, Usui Reiki Ryoho Master, End-of-Life Practitioner, Death Midwife & Funeral Celebrant. For over 30 years, Lisa has woven her profound connection to the sacred into her practice, offering solace and support to those navigating grief and trauma. Her journey of growth through personal loss fuels her mission to help others heal and thrive.
❤️Nicole Simon is a Trauma Informed Somatic Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator. Her early relationship with grief has equipped her with tools and processes that allow her to help facilitate others through their own journey with grief. In addition Nicole has spent 20 years pampering others through her work as a professional hairstylist.

The cost for this event is sliding scale, $44 to $66+.
- Please consider paying $66+ if you are comfortably able to meet all of your basic needs. Paying anything over $66 allows us to give back & help fund those who need to pay on the lower scale.

I'm thrilled to announce our next in-person Death Cafe on December 6th at The Zen Den HB! 🎉 This is the 4th of many Death Cafes to come, both in person and online. We had a great turnout for our first three cafes!
What is a Death Cafe?
It's an agenda-free space where people come together to drink tea, eat cake, and talk about death and dying. It's a chance to explore a topic that affects us all, in a supportive and open environment. These events are always free and donations are graciously accepted for snacks & tea.

What if we didn't have to die alone, without our loved ones by our side or in a sterile environment?
What if I told you that you have an opportunity to create your own sacred and ritualistic death experience?
Please join me on an inward journey where you are invited to come face to face with your own mortality. In safe space, I’ll support you in breaking past our limiting ways of thinking, explore our own narratives and fears surrounding death and re-envision your death through sacred, ritualistic lenses.

Lisa Stuhley is serving her community as a Reiki Master, End of Life Practitioner, Death Doula and Funeral Celebrant. Her fascination with ritual work surrounding the underworld has paved the way for many of her own personal breakthroughs. It is no surprise that Samhain is her favorite time of the year! She finds peace & comfort in communing with the Dead.
She is a recent graduate from The HeartWay ELP Training Program and is passionate about helping people leave this world on their own terms, where possible. She wishes to de-medicalize death and make the act of dying sacred again. She brings her 30 year connection to the sacred, ceremony and ritual to the room when holding space and working with others.
